🏛️ Heritage Project

We’re teaming up with Scalloway Museum and Scalloway Community Council to design and install historic information boards around the village. These will celebrate our rich history and help visitors and locals alike connect with Scalloway’s past.

⛺ Scalloway Caravan Park

In May 2023, we proudly opened the Scalloway Caravan Park at Asta — offering camping, caravan, motorhome, and wigwam facilities with stunning views.

🌊 Waterfront Regeneration

Following community consultation in 2019, we’re now working hard to secure funding to move forward with the Scalloway Waterfront Regeneration Project.

🔥 District Heating Scheme

We’re actively exploring options for a local energy scheme — including commissioning a feasibility study for a District Heating system to make Scalloway warmer, greener, and more sustainable.

🚶 Active Travel

We’re looking at ways to improve walking and cycling routes in and around Scalloway — connecting key areas and making it easier (and healthier!) to get around.
